UCP of Maine provides outpatient mental health counseling for children and adults. Services build on clients strengths and resources and maximize positive emotional, behavioral and psychological health utilizing proven treatment approaches. 
Staff is is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Conscious Discipline, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Theraplay, Nurturing Parenting and Motivational Interviewing
